Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping & Handling

All orders are sent out via AUSTRALIA POST.

SAME DAY DISPATCH

If your order is placed before 2.00pm Monday-Friday (AEST), your order will be dispatched on the same day (excluding orders placed during public holidays). If you have missed the 2.00pm cut off time, or for reasons your order was not dispatched on the same day, it will be dispatched the next working day.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Currently we only ship to addresses within Australia. You have the following options available when placing your order.

Standard shipping 2-7 working days – $9.99 AUD per order (FREE shipping over $300)

Express shipping 1-3 working days – $14.99 AUD per order

Some deliveries may take slightly longer than stated, especially those outside metropolitan areas.
